Antipasto  Rollatini di Melanzane Thin slices of eggplant, rolled and filled with ricotta and mozzarella cheese, topped with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese; finished in the wood-burning oven.  Piatti Principali (Choice of)  Tortelloni Aurora Tortelloni, stuffed with four cheeses, sautéed with shallots, fresh tomato in a light cream sauce.  Pollo Tricolore Chicken breast sautéed with white wine, topped with zucchini, fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, finished in the oven. Scaloppine alla Lucchese Veal scaloppine, topped with prosciutto di San Daniele and fontina cheese, sautéed in white wine and served over fresh spinach. Dolce Tiramisu Ladyfingers, dipped in espresso and liqueurs, layered with  mascarpone cheese and zabaglione sauce.
